October 2017, The Residents asked their fans to submit their version of a Residents' song. A selection of these were layered and edited into 'new' tracks by The Residents.
I was rather curious to hear the actual finished product so I was happy to receive the album earlier this week.
As a result, I have been playing "I Am A Resident" at least once a day.
Haunting, captivating, sounding familiar, soothing and strange at the same time.
I love it.
