"Now" has Aka Moon performing as a trio again:

• fabrizio cassol: alto saxophone
• michel hatzigeorgiou: fender bass
• stéphane galland: drums

Contemporary, modern jazz. With a twist.
I saw the band in concert earlier this week at the 'Rataplan' jazz club and I loved it.
I still don't understand how they do it.
It's not 'just' playing polyrhythms. It's using the melody as the rhythm, even during improvisations.
