20 years ago, the French Vogue label re-issued one of the early Sun Ra album and re-named it "We Are In The Furure".
The original title was "The Futuristic Sounds Of Sun Ra", and dates from 1961 !
The very same album got re-released in 2005 (with the original title) on the Long Hill Jazz label, and this time with 7 bonustracks !

This is one of the classic Sun Ra albums, and a good place to start if you want to get acquainted with his music.
