On this day in 2019, I released the single "Dog Meat", a medley of Frank Zappa's "Uncle Meat" and "The Dog Breath Variations". Unlike Zappa's own medley of the same name, I deconstructed the works in a minimalist vein, only repeating particular phrases and overlapping them out of their original order;
This would be released again on my 50th birthday later in the same year as a track on Unsmigitated Audacity, an EP of Zappa covers.
