"Mach Mal Bitte Platz, Wir Müssen Hier Stürmen" (Make Way Please, We Have To Storm), is a picture book by photographer Jens Hagen.
Focusing on the period between 1966 and 1970, the book shows pictures that Jens took of rock stars that visited Germany.
There's two nice sets of pictures of FZ & The Mothers in the book.

Published in 2000 already, but someone recently mentioned it on Facebook.
I was able to find my copy for 5 euros online.
