This one's mentioned in the 3rd volume of The Others Of Invention books, but I don't recall mentioning it on the blog, so here we go :
Madison, Wisconsin-based band BEEFUS’ instrumentation included a banjo, lap guitar, mandolin, trombone, washboard, and more.
The band combined FZ’s ‘Trouble Every Day’ with ‘Freight Train Took Muh Legs’ on the “Busted Teeth Fandango” album.
As the album artwork suggests, Beefus went into BeefGrass mode...
Out on CD, but the album was also made available through Bandcamp.
