The Dave Pike Set, feat. Volker Kriegel on the guitar, recorded FZ's 'Mother People' for their "Noisy Silence - Gentle Noise" album, in 1969.
Also in 1969, the sampler from the Ljubljana Jazz Festival included a live version of 'Mother People' by the Dave Pike Set.
In 1971, another live recording of the piece could be found on the "Ossiach Live" 3 LP set .
This 3 LP set presented a mix of different artists, performing krautrock, free jazz and even a Frank Zappa tune (in the case of The Dave Pike Set).
Released by the BASF record label in Germany, and by the Kurier record label in Austria.
The Japanese edition was only one LP and did not contain the Zappa piece.
In later years, 1994 and 2008, unofficial re-issues on CD appeared.
In 2016, a live recording from 1971, "At Studio 2", got released on CD by the B.Free record label.
Also including 'Mother People'.
More recently, a streaming version of the "At Studio 2" turned up (on YouTube, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify and Whatelse), entitled "Jazz At Studio 2", with different album cover artwork.
Streaming-only, as far as I understand it.
