GOTAN PROJECT - CHUNGA'S REVENGE

Based in Paris, France, the Gotan Project ensemble included musicians from Argentina, France and Switzerland. The band combined classic tango (tan-Go / Go-tan) with modern elements.
The B-side of the “Santa Maria” 10”, released in 2001, presented their rendition of FZ’s ‘Chunga’s Revenge’.
The piece could also be found on their "La Revancha Del Tango" album that got released later the same year.

As the piece did get quite some airplay, it can be found on several samplers, compilations and even a couple of Gotan Project box sets.
