I recently stumbled upon something quite extraordinary.
"N.E.W.S. 2017".
Concept by Susanne Stetzer, performed by musicians of the Rosa Ensemble.

The score for "N.E.W.S. 2017" is based on tide tables of four locations from around the world (Hoek Van Holland, Campbell Island, Sao Paulo, and Tokyo).
Each tide table (or location) is performed by one musician. The combination produces the result.

The booklet (about 10" & square) presents the tables.
The CD presents 15 combinations.
Astonishing.
