I recently came across this factory pressed Steve Vai bootleg. It's a recording of the two Dutch TV-shows from December 2005, showing "Aching Hunger Phase II" from the July 2005 concerts.
The '11' in the title instead of "II" shows just how much of a fan produced this disc...
