Being a fan of 70's rock music and of Harley Davidson motor cycles, Steve Vai wanted to record an album that one would listen to while cruising on the motor cycle.
In 1991 (!!), he started recording an album with Johnny 'Gash' Sombretto (one of his biking buddies) on lead vocals but the project got paused when Steve started working on his "Sex & Religion" album.
A couple of years later, the project came to a complete stop when Gash died in a motor accident.

Thirty years later, Steve is finally ready to release the recordings.
It's a fun album.
I don't have or ride a Harley Davidson, but I'm convinced this will sound great in my car as well.
