Diving into the work of American saxophonist and composer Patrick Zimmerli, is quite an adventure.
On "Expansion", Patrick is joined by Ben Monder (guitar), Stomu Takeishi (bass), and Satoshi Takeishi (drums). The results is translated into 6 pieces that meander between contemporary classical music and jazz.
