The Lovers of Invention are a tribute band from South London who revive Frank Zappa's music with a focus on jazz-rock fusion and progressive rock. The band strives to authentically reproduce Zappa's original sound while capturing the spirit of his live improvisations.
They play a mixture of blues, progressive rock and jazz, inspired by Frank Zappa.
Six to eight musicians and is one of the finest young jazz talents in the UK.
