Strut records' recent release of "Inside The Light World - Sun Ra Meets The OVC" reminded me that there was another album that presented material from the same 1986 sessions.
"Prophet", released by Modern Harmonic on LP and on CD. The latter having bonus tracks.
Discovered in 2016, these tapes show Sun Ra performing on / testing a new type of synthesizer, called The Prophet, with the Arkestra giving minimal accompaniment (mostly percussion).
