Fusion? Yes, but with quite a dose of smooth jazz as well.
But I do like it. This is an excellent album.

Jell Lorber is a fine composer and the stuff that he writes sounds really good.
Cherry on the cake, however, is the superb version of the Zappa-penned 'King Kong' !!

With Vinnie Colaiuta on drums (he plays on most tracks of the album), Ed Mann on marimba (he's in fine shape), and the formidable Jean-Luc Ponty on violin !!
