      it has been reported & duly noted that that Mr. Cholly Hoss's example has set off a major cavalcade of encouragement among not only all fellow snow removal professionals but with every eager amateur as well, that quickly spread throughout the city.

      it has been suggested that, as we speak, a "Special Mayoral Citation" Medal is being engraved with Mr. Cholly Hoss' name, as a small token of the City's & Mankind's appreciation of his outstanding example.
