Orchid Spangiafora was Rob Carey’s solo project.
The music mixes spoken word fragments with musical samples into sound collages.
‘Sheer Madness’, the first track on side B, sampled FZ’s ‘Sleeping In A Jar’. The sample appears at 1 minute and 7 seconds into the track and gets repeated several times.
The album would get a 2 LP (and Bandcamp) expanded reissue in 2013, with different album artwork.
