I recently received a digital copy of Arthur 'The God Of Hellfire' Brown's first album, "The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown. 
A superb album and a fine collaboration between showman and singer Arthur Brown with organ player Vincent Crane.

Several CD re-issues came with additional tracks, but these original 10 tracks are a great example of an album that was ahead of its time.

It's hard to imagine that in later years, when his musical career wasn't what it used to be, Arthur Brown started a painter company with none other than Jimmy Carl Black...
