Made available through Bandcamp, Gravehuffer's "Mile High Live" album included a studio bonus track: FZ's 'Inca Roads', combined with Black Sabbath's 'Children Of The Grave'.

The album was recently made available on CD in a limited edition of 100 copies (and there are still some copies available !).
My copy arrived last week. It looks and sounds great.
