"After a few records and cassettes as Phlitman and Kang we decided to change our bandname to Intige Taluure, which is Scandinavian for something. Influences range from Beatles, Zappa, Residents and Shangri-Las to This Heat, WhaHaHa, Velvet Underground and B-52's. Home-made dadaist pop with lots of freedom and an adventurous spirit. It' s pop, jazz, rock, experimental...you name it. "

PLUS INSTRUMENTS & INTIGE TALUURE - NEWTONS FLAT FIDELITY VOL.2
- plus instruments / intige taluure : newtons flat fidelity vol.2
(2017, k7, bel, bananafishin' records 008)
For each new project, they would invite a like-minded musician to finish a couple of compositions that they had started, and vice versa.
For Volume 2, Intige Taluure invited Truus de Groot (better known in the alternative / DIY music scene as Plus Instruments).
The release has been made available on k7 (cassette) in a limited edition of 75 pieces. Cover art by Bosko Hrnjak !
Haven't heard the actual tape yet as my k7-player is hidden in the closet, but the data has been added to the United Mutations Archives.
If you want a copy of this k7, you'd better hurry. They'll be gone soon.
Contact the band through Facebook.
