SOFT MACHINE USA TOUR 2024
We have lost 12 dates due to our visa delay. We have applied for the visa in June. We spent so far $6800 just for the visa. Finally it was approved and valid for one year. But our bass player Freddy Baker was asked to provide more evidences that he is for real, that he is a bass player, and who knows what else, he will miss this bunch of gigs, and we have an amazing bass player, and his identity will be revealed next week in Detroit.
Here are the dates of the tour on which the band will make almost no money, but we decided to come and make our fans happy.
- Oct. 20 - Detroit, MI (Token Lounge)
- Oct. 22 - Milwaukee, WI (Shank Hal)
- Oct. 24 - Chicago, IL (Shack @ Reggie’s)
- Oct. 25 - Cincinnati, OH (Ludlow Garage)
- Oct. 26 - Indianapolis, IN (Irving Theater)
- Oct. 28 - New York, NY (Iridium)
- Oct. 29 - New York, NY (Iridium)
With this one year visa, we will be back in North America in June and early July, for a run between Vancouver and Texas, hopefully we can go to Mexico as well. And there will be another un of 3.5 weeks in September and early October of 2024 in the USA and Canada, all this month's cancelled shows are being re-confirmed and re-booked for that period.
The band will your Europe and UK in meanwhile and we hope to make a trip to Japan, Indonesia and Brazil sometimes next year.
