London-based Combustible Alarms is an 18-piece jazz orchestra.
Lead by composer and guitarist Chris Rodgers, the ensemble recorded FZ's 'Echidna's Arf' for their 2010 eponymous album.
The Zappa track got arranged by Monks Ekstrom. Beautiful.
The entire album is a must-hear with original pieces by Chris Rodgers and by Monks Ekstrom next to pieces by Joan Albert Amargos, FZ and Jimi Hendrix.
