When german band Sheik Yerbouti did their last concert in 2011, three members decided that they wanted to keep on playing the music of Frank Zappa.

The result is called the GrandSheiks.

Sheik Yerbouti was one of the top bands that performed the music of Frank Zappa. The Grandsheiks keep up this high standard.
About a year ago, the band released "Flies All Green And Buzzin'", presenting a set of Zappa classics: Dirty Love, Stinkfoot, I'm The Slime, Florentine Pogen, Outside Now, Trouble Every Day, Bamboozled By Love, Pojama People, and The Torture Never Stops.
