Z.E.R.O., the Zappa Early Renaissance Orchestra will soon be releasing album number six: "Six Of One".
It's another tribute to the music of Frank Zappa.
Produced and engineered by Kevin Crosby, the album will present 12 tracks.
I was fortunate to give it a pre-release listening session and I can only say that this is (another) amazing release.
"Six Of One" features musicians (and Zappa freaks) from all over the world, which makes the sound of each track a bit different but it also ensures that everyone gives it his best shot on the tracks they participate on.
The CD might be out in about a month. And, yes, that could be the Zappanale festival...
