Great sound. And the extended liner notes are a fine read.

Two of the songs ('Little Green Men' and 'Junkie') included a 7-note motif, inspired by a Frank Zappa riff (that FZ never used), as an ode to FZ. The motif would return in ‘Answers’, a piece on Steve’s 1990 “Passion And Warfare” album, as well as in ‘Wire And Wood’ that can be found on the 1985 Alcatrazz album.
