- eric clapton: the lady in the balcony - lockdown sessions
(2021, cd, europe, mercury studios)
Recorded live but without an audience.
Clapton worshippers are pretty wild about this so I'm glad I could check it out.
To be honest, he did lose quite some credibility a couple of years ago, being against Covid safety regulations and complaining about all the lockdown restrictions.
And then last year, he did get Covid and he admitted that he had been vaccinated...
Oh well, at least he can play the guitar and he has a nice voice.
That being said, "The Lady In The Balcony" is a very enjoyable album.
Some classics and some original material (some of which are also classics).
Available in various formats: LP, CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, with a book,...
Recommended listening.
