The Utah State University’s Jazz Orchestra (better known as the U.S.U. Jazz Orchestra) released “Europe” in 2014. The album presented three Frank Zappa pieces, in arrangements that were originally made for the Bohuslän Big Band by Niclas Rydh.

An impressive album and the performance / arrangements of the Zappa pieces are outstanding.
I stumbled upon the CD during an internet 'jazz orchestra' search. I hadn't heard of it before, but apparently YouTube had.
