Talking about a picture book...
Here's a nice picture that I received from Håkon Busterud.
It's a picture of the letter that accompanied the "Meatball Fulton" album.
"Meatball Fulton" was a promotional album that got released in 1969, presenting an interview with Don Van Vliet.
