Since April 2009, Antwerp has a new club / eventplace. It's called "Zappa".
There's also a (new) organisation linked with this club, called "Zappaworld".

And to make things even more confusing, Antwerp might have a "Zappa-event" next December, but this would be about Frank Zappa...
