"The Earthly Recordings of Sun Ra - 2nd edition" is the bible for Sun Ra music freaks. Well, bible might not be the best word to use when you want to describe the ultimate book on someone who had his own peculiar way of looking at the world & the entire galaxy, but you know what I mean.
The book deals with every known recording of Sun Ra and says on which format it can be found (vinyl, CD, tape, audience recording, radio show, ...).
Although the book got released in 1998, it's still the reference guide you need.
It not only includes tracklistings and line-ups, but also nice and short commentary on earch entry.
