The last couple of years, Corrie van Binsbergen (and her fine band) has teamed up with various writers for the "Writers In Concert" series: Kees van Kooten, Remco Campert and the fabulous Toon Tellegen just to name a few.
The latest addition in the beautiful batch of releases that came out of this concerts is "Wonderbaarlijke Maand", a cooperation with writer, actor, director & poet Ramsey Nasr.
Again, an excellent mixture of of spoken word and beautiful music.
As a little bonus, this disc also includes a fragment with Remco Campert, recorded at one of the Brokken evenings in Amsterdam.
I love it.
