Earlier today, I received two digital downloads.
Two albums by The Chicago Underground Trio.
"Possible Cube" (from 1999) and "Flamethrower" (from 2000). The trio's second and fourth release.
Both titles featured Rob Mazurek (cornet, electronics, organ & percussion ), Noel Kupersmith (bass & vibes), and Chad Taylor (drums & percussion), plus guest Jeff Parker (guitar).
They would change their name to The Chicago Underground Quartet later on.
For fans of improvised jazz.
"Possible Cube" (again, a superb title) and "Flamethrower".
