Adding data and pictures to the United Mutations Archives brought me to "Noises For The Limb". Subtitled "A Tribute To The Bonzo Dog Band", this compilation includes 'I Want To Be With You' by the late Zoogz Rift, and 'Readymades' by R. Stevie Moore to name the two names that I know.
The album got released by Wood Records in 2003 in a limited edition of 499 (numbered) copies.
