a message from Flat Earth Society :
In memoriam Bernard Van Eeghem
Update :
The Flat Society Orchestra is a Belgian big band.
Think Tetzepi, or LeBocal, or the Ed Palermo Big Band, and add a Belgian flavour.
Last year, Flat Earth Society's "Boggamasta III" got released on vinyl on the Igloo Records label.
Fine album.
Last week, I came across a promotional CD copy of the same album.
So why Igloo didn't release the album on CD is a bit of a mystery to me. If they took the effort to print CD's as promotional items, why not make these available as a regular release?
Still, a very fine album.
Give it a listen.

April 17, 1994, X-Legged Sally did a concert in Cologne.
A little while ago, an audio recording was put on YouTube :
It sure proves that X-Legged Sally was one of the best bands ever to emerge from Belgium.
