The Stick Men have made "Tentacles" available through Bandcamp.
If I'm not mistaken, this CD EP could already be bought during their recent tour. Now, it has been made available for everyone, both on CD and as digital streaming / download through Bandcamp.

NORAH JONES - DAY BREAKS

"Day Breaks" might just be the best Norah Jones album.
Soul, blues and jazz, with Norah Jones on piano and vocals.
With guest appearances of Dr. Lonnie Smith and Wayne Shorter !!

Here's 'Burn' as a taster (but also the best track on the album in my opinion), with Jon Pattitucci on bass and Wayne Shorter on alto sax !!

SAVOY BROWN - AIN'T DONE YET

Guitarist Kim Simmonds (and harmonica player John O'Leary) founded Savoy Brown in 1965. John O'Leary is no longer part of the band, but Kim Simmonds is still touring and recording as Savoy Brown.
That's sixty-five plus years of touring and recording...

"Ain't Done Yet" is a fine blues album.

BLOSSOM TOES - THE PSYCHEDELIC SOUND OF "BLOSSOM TOES"

According to discogs, "The Psychedelic Sound Of "Blossom Toes"" was a vinyl bootleg album that got released around 1986.
There's very limited info to be found on the album, except that the music was recorded live in 1967, but even that might be doubtful.
The album does include the band's performance of the Don Van Vliet / Herb Bermann-penned 'Electricity'. Not the same version that recently got released on the 3 CD package by Cherry Red as this version is almost 11 minutes long.

Comparing to the info on Discogs: My copy isn't numbered so it might be different issues / re-issues of this bootleg album.
Not to be confused with "The Psychedelic Sound Of "Blossom Toes Vol.1" which has a similar album cover (a full-colour version) but a completely different track list.

KNIFEWORLD - HOME OF THE NEWLY DEPARTED

Knifeworld is a project by Kavus Torabi (whose name one might have come across in the line-up of The Cardiacs, Guapo or Gong).
"Home Of The Newly Departed" is sort of a compilation album as it collected material that had previously been released on 7", on a CD EP and on a CDR EP.
Anyway, it's a pretty impressive collection.

Progressive Rock, as they say.

THE DIRTY DOZEN BRASS BAND - MEDICATED MAGIC

"Medicated Magic" is exactly what this is.
Take at least five horns, add a drummer, a keyboard player and a guitar player and you get the perfect potion to get you in a good mood. Well, as long as they're called The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, that is.

Released in 2002. Their ninth album.
As the band was formed in 1997, that made "Medicated Magic" their 25th anniversary.

Beautiful.

HERBIE HANCOCK, WAYNE SHORTER, RON CARTER, WALLACE RONEY & TONY WILLIAMS - A TRIBUTE TO MILES

Much to my delight, I was able to give "A Tribute To Miles" a listen.
Herbie Hancock on piano, Wayne Shorter on tenor and soprano axes, Ron Carter on bass, Wallace Roney on trumpet and Tony Williams on drums.
The album presents both live and studio recordings and is indeed a fine tribute to Miles Davis.

Next to a couple of Miles Davis compositions, the ensemble performs pieces that were written by them while they were in Miles' band, and that were performed by Miles' band !!
