- arti & mestieri: jazz rock legends - live in japan
(2020, 2cd+dvd, Japan, king) – blu-spec CD
(I'm probably repeating myself, but what the heck...)
On May 18, 2019, Italian prog / jazz-rock band Arti & Mestieri (Arts & Crafts) performed at the Jazz Rock Legends festival in Japan. During the encores, Arti & Mestieri was joined on stage by Patrizio Fariselli’s Area Open Project to perform two additional pieces, one of which was FZ’s ‘King Kong’. The concert got released as a 2 CD / DVD package.
The CDs and the DVD were packed in a slipcase as mini-LP sleeves and accompanied by a 16-page booklet.
Arti & Mestieri's rendition of 'King Kong' got included on both the CDs and on the DVD.
Part of the concert got released on LP, but this did not include 'King Kong'.

The Japanese edition of the Arti & Mestieri “Live In Japan” album got released on the King record label as a set of two blu-spec CDs and a DVD. It came with completely different artwork, and with an obi.
The recording was the same.
The final track of the concert, was a performance of FZ’s ‘King Kong’ together with Patrizio Fariselli’s Area Open Project.

The Japanese set arrived a little while ago. Pretty expensive, but very nice.
The sound is amazing and the packaging is top.
