The one and only Doc Heller (also known as Darko The Super) opened his 2015 "Dil Hicks Suite" album with a piece entitled 'Bouti Sheikin’ (Still The Greatest)' in which he mixed a bunch of samples and pieces from various tracks from Frank Zappa's "Sheik Yerbouti".
'Oceans' is a loop of 'Black Napkins' samples !!
'Peanut Butter Galaxy Automobile' samples 'Dog Breath, In The Year Of The Plague'
'Dumb' toys around with 'Zomby Woof'
and 'An Imaginary Place' samples 'Flower Punk'.
Doc Heller sure knows his classics.
Yep, I like this sort of thing.
Download-only release.
I heard 'What Ever Happened To All The Fun In The World', 'City Of Tiny Lites', 'Flakes', 'Dancin’ Fool' & 'Jewish Princess' in the first track.
Did I miss anything?
